Twenty-One in Valley Football Honored for Academics
The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) has announced the members of the 2011 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, which is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a 3.2 GPA or better. Twenty-one MVFC student-athletes were honored.

Twenty-three student-athletes highlight more than 300 who earned selection to the 2010-11 Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll. Those 23 student-athletes earned the league's highest academic achievement by capturing the Missouri Valley Football Conference President's Council Academic Excellence Award.

Saturday's results confirmed that the league race is wide open, as both previously unbeaten teams suffered road defeats. One game went into OT, and two others were decided in the final minute.
